Surf suit attributes
There are different rubber surf suits on the market. What is the difference between them?
Rubber surf suits provide the ideal buoyancy, seal and keep warm. Decathlon recommends to you our double-lined surf suit for durability.
Swimming athletic t-shirt The water temperature is different, and the thickness requirements of the surf suit are also different. In fact, the lower the water temperature, the more important the warmth performance.
Surfing wetsuit The water temperature is below 15°C. We recommend wearing a surf suit with a thickness between 4/3mm and 5/3mm. 4/3 means: the thickness of the front chest (torso) is 4 mm, and the thickness of other parts of the body is 3mm. .
Swimming athletic t-shirt Water temperature is higher than 15C°, we recommend wearing a surf suit with a thickness between 3/2mm and 4/3mm. 3/2 stands for: The thickness of the front chest (torso) is 3 mm, and the thickness of other parts of the body is 2mm.
In surfing, your hands and feet will be used frequently. In order to ensure the freedom of movement, we tend to reduce the thickness of this area.
