The sports bra, also known as the Sports Bra, is a category that is classified according to the "specific function of the bra." Therefore, as the name suggests, the sports bra is a bra invented to avoid the injury of female breasts in sports and fitness.

According to Dr. Scurr of Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom, the average person runs 1 mile and the breast shakes 135 meters. The intense swing of the female's chest may damage the elastic tissue (Deep Fascia & Fibrous Septa, also known as Cooper's ligament) in the breast, causing permanent damage, resulting in sagging and deformation of the chest.
